You pay 25% at templating, 50% at fabrication start and the balance after the install walk-through. ## How a One-Day Vanity Swap Works **Before install day.** We template with Proliner after you have chosen your sink and faucet. That way the cutout matches the real bowl and the faucet holes match the real fixture. **Install morning.** We protect the floor and tub, shut off water, disconnect the faucet and drain and remove the old top. Cultured marble and laminate tops come off easily. Granite and quartz tops need more care and are quoted at $150-$350. **Set and reconnect.** We level the vanity, lay a silicone bed, set the new top and fit the undermount sink with clips and epoxy. Then we reconnect the faucet and drain and run water to check every joint. **Cure.** Silicone and epoxy need about 24 hours to cure fully.
