Most bathroom jobs are a single install visit. We remove the old top, set the new one, reconnect the sink and faucet and check for leaks before we leave. A Red Seal fabrication lead reviews every piece, and our crews are WSIB covered with $5M liability insurance.
Types of Bathroom Countertop Work
- Single and double vanity tops. Undermount, vessel or drop-in sinks, with faucet holes core-drilled to your fixture.
- Shower benches and curbs. Quartz or porcelain cut to match the vanity, sloped for drainage where needed.
- Thresholds and niche shelves. Small pieces that tie the room together, often cut from the same slab.
- Powder rooms. Small, often tricky templates with inside corners and out-of-square walls.
- Remnant vanities. Premium colours from leftover slab pieces for small spaces.

Vanity tops follow our sitewide per-sqft tiers. You pay 25% at templating, 50% at fabrication start and the balance after the install walk-through.
How a One-Day Vanity Swap Works
Before install day. We template with Proliner after you have chosen your sink and faucet. That way the cutout matches the real bowl and the faucet holes match the real fixture.
Install morning. We protect the floor and tub, shut off water, disconnect the faucet and drain and remove the old top. Cultured marble and laminate tops come off easily. Granite and quartz tops need more care and are quoted at $150-$350.
Set and reconnect. We level the vanity, lay a silicone bed, set the new top and fit the undermount sink with clips and epoxy. Then we reconnect the faucet and drain and run water to check every joint.
Cure. Silicone and epoxy need about 24 hours to cure fully. Go easy on the sink overnight.

Bathroom Countertop Care
- Quartz: mild soap and water. Avoid bleach and nail polish remover.
- Marble: wipe off toothpaste, perfume and cosmetics promptly; reseal yearly.
- Porcelain: almost no care needed; avoid heavy impacts on edges.
