NSF/ANSI 51 Food-Service Countertops
NSF/ANSI 51 is the standard for materials used in food equipment and food zones. For prep areas, we use NSF-certified quartz such as Caesarstone 1141 Pure White. Quartz is non-porous, so it does not absorb liquids or harbour bacteria the way porous surfaces can, and it tolerates routine food-safe sanitizers.

How Commercial Projects Run
Dedicated PM. One person handles your account from quote to sign-off. Grace L., a Markham kitchen designer, says her PM actually answers the phone, which is why she sends clients to us.
Scheduling around trades. We template only after cabinets and millwork are set, then lock install dates around your builder schedule. Jenna R. said our PM kept her King West triplex ahead of the trades.
Batch fabrication. Units are cut from matched slabs to one spec, so suite 1 and suite 3 look identical.
After-hours install. Restaurants and occupied buildings get overnight or off-hours installs, with clean-up before opening.
