Cambria Quartz in Toronto
Quartz countertops come in many brands, but Cambria fills a specific need for Toronto and GTA homes with big kitchens. From Old Oakville to Oak Ridges in Richmond Hill, our Cambria clients usually want two things: bold, natural-looking veining and an island long enough that a seam would ruin it. Cambria’s jumbo slabs often solve the second problem, and its designs cover the first.
We are an authorized Cambria fabricator since 2010. We order direct, match your sample board to the slab yardage we receive and cut every slab in our own 20,000 sqft shop. You get Cambria’s material warranty plus our 15-year workmanship warranty, which transfers to a future owner for the first 5 years.
What Makes Cambria Different
Jumbo slabs. Cambria produces slabs large enough to cover many islands up to about 10-11 feet without a seam. For long islands, that can be the deciding factor.
Bold veining. Designs like Brittanicca bring dramatic, marble-like movement with the low maintenance of engineered quartz.
Made in North America. Cambria is produced in the United States, which many buyers like for consistency and supply.
Design tiers. Cambria groups designs into price tiers. We explain the tier of your chosen design before you commit.
Seam-Free Islands With Cambria Jumbo Slabs
Here is how we decide whether your island can go seam-free:
- Measure at templating. Proliner captures the island top, any waterfall legs and the overhang to 1/16th inch.
- Check slab dimensions. We compare your island to the jumbo slab size for your design.
- Lay out on screen. We overlay the template on a photo of the slab so you see the vein run end to end.
- Plan the support. Any overhang past 10 inches gets recessed steel brackets in the cabinet rail.
Robert and Elaine P. in Oak Ridges had an 11-foot island that other shops said needed a centre seam. With a Cambria jumbo slab it went in seam-free with a 14-inch bracketed seating overhang. Total: $18,000, exactly as quoted. See kitchen island countertops for more on islands.

Authorized Fabrication Means No Dye-Lot Surprises
Quartz is made in batches, and the same design can shift slightly in tone between batches. Ordering direct as an authorized fabricator lets us match your sample board to the yardage we receive. Hannah W. in Oakville put it simply: the sample board matched slab yardage, with no dye-lot surprises.

Fabricating Cambria
Cambria slabs are cut on CNC bridge saws and waterjet, with edges profiled on CNC. Waterfall legs are mitred at 45 degrees on our CNC profiler so the vein wraps the corner without a lip. Full-height backsplashes can be book-matched from the same slab.
Caring for Cambria
Like all engineered quartz, Cambria is non-porous and never needs sealing. Clean with mild soap and water, use trivets for hot pans and avoid harsh chemicals like bleach and oven cleaner.
